Anne Applebaum

Anne Applebaum, an American Pulitzer Prize-winning author, is speaking at the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art.

Applebaum writes a biweekly foreign affairs column for The Washington Post. She is the author of Between East and West: Across the Borderlands of Europe; Gulag: A History; Iron Curtain: The Crushing of Eastern Europe, 1944-1956; Gulag Voices: An Anthology; Red Famine: Stalin’s War on Ukraine.
