A Ukrainian family shared their story with the Pope in Philadelphia

Pope Francis says families are a "factory of hope" after he heard stories from families from around the world at a Philadelphia festival.

Francis gave an off-the-cuff monologue in Spanish after hearing from six families from the U.S., Australia, Ukraine, Jordan, Nigeria, and his homeland of Argentina at the World Meeting of Families on Saturday.

A Ukrainian immigrant family from Ivano Frankivsk shared their story with the Pope in Philadelphia. Lesya said that her older son Bohdan graduated from college and plans to become a priest. Her younger son Borys wants to create computer programs for children with disabilities similar to his.
